Apartments at Compass Residences are allocated based on lottery and interview for qualifying applicants. The first four Compass Residences buildings, located in Crotona Park East, are fully leased.  The application deadline for Compass Residences Building 5 in West Farms has passed and interviews are now being scheduled with qualifying applicants. Occupancy for Building 5 is anticipated in December 2018.

Compass Residences Building 3, which is currently under construction, is scheduled for completion in December 2019. Compass Residences Building 6 is currently in the design stage.
